The 1960's Sound

The 1960's was a great decade for Rock 'n 'Roll. So many different sounds and types of music to enjoy. This month as always I would like zero in on some of those lesser known bands that had their part in making the music of the 1960's so interesting. Your Comments are welcomed.

    great tunes, Johnny .... Michael Zoot of garagetapes tell me that the Robin and the Batmen track will be comped soon on a follow up of his Louie Louie series

      No stretching or limbering up needed. I would have thought "The Turtle" would have been an instant hit but it never caught on.

    Ichabod and the Cranes were comped on my "Meanwhile in the Jungle" comp, and I knew The Pretenders from my Artyfacts series, but the Spartas win doin' a credible version! thank you Johnny !
